Oleson's Community Share Program
Welcome to Oleson’s Community Share Program! We at Oleson’s are excited about the prospect of helping you raise funds for your group. We’d like to take this time to give you a bit of additional information about how the program works.
Registration

Your first step is to register (click the Registration link above for a simple registration form). The next step is to collect Oleson’s cash register receipts dated any time after April 1, 1990. There are Community Share Redemption Envelopes and Collection Boxes available for your use at any Oleson’s Food Store office. Just stop by and ask for some. We ask that you redeem the envelopes for $50.00 or more (5,000+ in Community Share Points) and include your adding machine tapes with the receipts in order. The envelopes are large so you shouldn’t have any problem fitting the receipts in them. You may turn in the filled envelopes at your local Oleson’s Food Store.

Your check will take six to eight weeks to process. The manager at your local Oleson’s will call you when the check is available. At your convenience you may pick the check up at your local Oleson’s.

Totaling points instructions
Towards the bottom of each receipt is a line “Community Share Points Earned Today”. The number next to it is your points total: 1 point=1 cent. Total the points as a whole number and move the decimal 2 places to the left. Keep the receipts in the same order as your tape/list.

Although we accept old receipts they require a different step in calculating, so if your receipts are older than 2005 please call the corporate office at 231-947-6091 for assistance.
